CCLJ is proud to release the third season of its podcast series, 'Talking About Justice'. The new episodes address a number of important topics:

  • In episode 1 Maria Giannacopoulos speaks with Associate Professors Barbara Baird and Catherine Kevin on their role in the decriminalisation of abortion campaign in South Australia and its broader significance.
  • In episode 2, Alanna Van der Veen speaks with Magistrate Abdul-KarimJustice Yehia and former NSW DPP Nick Cowdery about cultural diversity and the judiciary.
  • In episode 3 Ingrid Matthews speaks with Dr Faith Gordon, Associate Professor at the ANU College of Law, about young people and climate justice.

This season also contains a ‘bonus’ fourth episode devoted to Professor David Garland’s CCLJ 2022 Annual Lecture on ‘The Current Crisis in American Criminal Justice’.
